First impressions matter!!! The pre-stay communication was horrendous, leading to serious doubts before arrival. Also, the fitness center needed better equipment and attention to detail, as it's hardly conducive for serious workouts!!!

shoddy maintenance

i expected a warm welcome but instead got a shower that was hanging off the wall, how charming. they clearly prioritize the private party guests over regular ones, i just couldn't believe it, and breakfast was a total fiasco. obviously they don’t value customers like me. next time, a little appreciation woudl ve been nice.

friendly staff

It was a solid selection for a short layover in Fort-de-France at a reasonable price. The ladies in the restaurant during breakfast were really friendly and added a nice touch to the mornings. Try to ask for extra towels if you have two people staying in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged my taxi and made it easy for me to store my luggage, which was a relief on a busy trip.

Our suite was spacious, about 800 sq ft, with great kitchen amenities. The location is phenomenal for exploring Fort-de-France, and the rain helped cool us down daily. Plus, hiring a driver was a breeze, making our trip easy and enjoyable.

There were some minor communication issues before we arrived.
